We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday) unless otherwise specifically stated in the item listing's "postage & payments" tab.
An express delivery option is available for £4.99 on selected items. If your order is placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) and is in stock, items will be sent the same day and delivered within 2 working days (for some out of areas postcodes, deliveries might take slightly longer).
PLEASE NOTE: All deliveries are made by courier and will require a signature. The courier will attempt to deliver the item twice before returning the item to us. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. Should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery.
We run an automated ordering system so please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the PayPal / eBay checkout as we can only send to the address that comes through. This is a strict eBay/Paypal policy.
For orders cancelled after despatch you must follow our returns procedure. You are responsible for both the outgoing and return postage costs.
Orders Delayed/Missing in Transit
We promise we'll do everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the time-frame specified. Occasionally events beyond our control may result in your parcel being delayed whilst it is with the courier and we cannot be held responsible for such delays.
All parcels are fully insured and if your parcel is lost or delayed, let us know and we'll act quickly to locate it, bearing in mind the points below. All claims for missing items must be made within 28 days of the date of your order.
So as you're our valued customers we are now offering a paid £4.99 next working day delivery (Excludes weekends). To qualify for the next working day the cut off for an order is 2pm the day before. However we are still operating the free 1-3 working days delivery that our customers love.
We are very pleased to announce that the vast majority of orders will be delivered by either Royal Mail, Yodel or Fedex. All of these couriers offer an excellent service and we are very pleased to have them on board. The courier chosen to deliver your parcel will depend on the size and weight of the goods you have purchased along with your location. As soon as your order has been dispatched we will email you with the details of the courier along with your tracking number.
What do I do if I have not received my delivery?
Please send a message via eBay messages and we'll get back to you quickly with a response and tracking information.
How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?
All of our listings have free delivery to UK mainland addresses (please see exclusion list for out of area zones) and use our standard 1-3 day delivery service. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends.
Which delivery companies do you use?
The delivery company that we use will depend on the size, weight and value of your order and the address to which you are having it delivered. The main companies that we using now are Royal Mail, Yodel or Fedex.
For Royal Mail deliveries - the tracking available for your order will depend on the Royal Mail service being used to deliver your parcel. If your consignment number is a 13 digit number and starts with the letter F then you can track your delivery by visiting the Royal Mail website. For parcels sent via Packet Post where the consignment number starts with the letters RB there is currently no tracking service available but please note that they can take up to 5 days. If you have not received your parcel within this time please contact us.
Yodel's deal with our battery deliveries and products above 1.5kg. They will require a signature for these deliveries.
For Fedex deliveries, please visit the Fedex website and use your consignment number to track your delivery.
What happens if I'm not at home to accept delivery?
If you are not available to sign for your delivery, the courier will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery or arrange to collect the parcel, please follow the instructions on the card.
