If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the item to us in its original unused condition within fourteen days for an exchange or refund. In the event of a request for a refund we will refund the cost of the item only not the delivery cost or the associated delivery cost if the item was free delivery. Under the distance selling regulations we will not be liable for the cost to return the item to us unless the item is faulty whereby we reserve the right to offer you a replacement product. In the event of a customer returning an item at their own expense and us agreeing to refund the postage cost we will only reimburse the cost of economy postage. We will not reimburse postal costs where the customer has returned an item at a cost higher than necessary.
