Lost Items
Unfortunately on rare occasions things do go wrong with shipping, we are fully committed to resolving every issue, however, we will only send replacement items once Royal Mail have confirmed that the item is lost.
This will be 14 days from date of dispatch and is a Royal Mail timeframe not our own.
For items sent recorded delivery this will be 18 days.
We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by Royal Mail, we are as frustrated as our customers at the worsening service Royal Mail are providing.

Shipping Addresses
Without exception we can only ship your purchase to the address you supplied through PayPal at the time you made payment to us. This is a necessary security measure which is a PayPal requirement not ours.
We reserve the right not to ship to an unconfirmed PayPal address for high value items. You will be informed of this in good time if it becomes necessary.

 Payment Info
We accept PayPal payments and Credit/Debit Card payments via the Paypal site which allows buyers to use a card to pay without setting up an account.
We accept personal & business cheques, however these cheques must be sent to us and the cheque must clear prior to us shipping the item.
We accept payment by eCheque through PayPal, however, please understand this can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the Paypal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date). Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours.
We ALWAYS want to ensure you are happy with our service and products.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or your chosen product is faulty simply email us and inform us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will issue you with a FULL REFUND
Simply post your item back to us including your eBay user name within the package and upon receipt your Pay Pal account will be refunded, Any returned item must be in the same condition it was received in and the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
