With the distance selling regulations you are within your right to cancel or return your order within 7 days, in addition to these rights we have extend our policy to 12 days. If we find that the product has not been returned in a saleable condition we refuse the right to give a refund. For mainland UK only we have included a freepost sticker to return your goods to us, all we ask is for you to obtain proof of posting and also advise that you cover yourself sufficiently should the item go astray in transit. Simply take your parcel to your nearest Post Office for return. If you would like to exchange your garment for a different size or colour or a completely different item, please complete the paperwork that will be enclosed with your order and return it to us, along with the garment, and we will despatch the new item to you free of charge. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the delivery charge for despatching the goods as this is a direct cost.
