HELICOPTER FLIGHT OVER LONDON
Take a thrilling aerial tour over the famous monuments and buildings of
England's capital city. Depending on the weather, your helicopter tour
will take in most of the sights along the Thames including Canary Wharf,
Tower Bridge, the London Eye and the Houses of Parliament. Just don't
forget your camera!

Upon arrival at the heliport you will have a brief pre-flight
briefing, then you are taken to the helicopter from which you will
experience this amazing and unique view of London. This experience
lasts roughly one hour with 30-40 minutes flight time. The
helicopter will be a modern Eurocopter.
Notes
Your voucher is valid for 10 months for one person. The experience
is available most Saturday and Sundays throughout the year. The
minimum age for this experience is 16 years. The maximum height is
6ft 6 and minimum height is 5ft. The maximum weight is 14 stone
however the supplier may be able to accommodate you if you are
slightly more than this - please ask at time of booking. On the
day of your experience you are required to present some photo ID
and proof of address; this is for security reasons. Please note,
there may be up to 5 other people in the helicopter with you.

Delivery Information
Orders will be despatched via Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Most items will be sent out the next day but we aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of cleared funds. Parcel Force deliveries MUST be signed for. Please note; Parcel Force deliver Monday to Friday. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel they will leave a card with details of when your item will be redelivered or where you should go to collect it.
Warranty
At Tesco Outlet you can purchase new and refurbished items. All items are sold with a 12 month Tesco Outlet Warranty. The new items are products that were previously available through Tesco stores or Tesco Direct but have now been discontinued. They come complete with all the necessary parts and accessories and are still in their original packaging. In some instances the packaging may be damaged, but don't let that put you off! The product inside will be pristine.
The refurbished items are customer returns. A large proportion of these items have never been used. They might, for example, be unwanted gifts or products customers have simply changed their mind about, which have then been returned to us. They have been checked, inspected, repaired (if necessary), graded and reboxed complete with all accessories. All refurbished items will be clearly marked in the description.

Returns
If you change your mind, or any of our products fall below the standard you would expect and you wish to return the item, you must notify us via the link in "my eBay" within 10 days of delivery. We are happy to refund or exchange the item providing it is returned unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. Some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These include:
Items which cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons once unwrapped (such as earrings, body jewellery & personal grooming products).
We may restrict the exchange of CD?s, DVD?s and computer software to the same title.
If the fault has developed within 28 days of delivery we will offer a refund, including postage costs or a replacement product once the original product has been returned to the Tesco Outlet team for assessment and verification of the fault.
If the fault develops after 28 days but within the 12 month warranty period please contact us via my eBay and we will repair or replace it once the original product has been returned to the Tesco Outlet team for assessment and verification of the fault.
If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.
Returned items may take 48 hours to be delivered back to us for assessment if collection is arrange by Tesco Outlet. Please note that it can take 3-5 days for any refund given to be shown in your PayPal account.
