RETURNS POLICY: No Quibble - No Hassles Returns And Exchanges.
We want our customers to be delighted with our goods and service, however we realise sometimes customers are just not 100% happy with their purchase. Wrong colour, wrong size, or simply don't like it. No worries.
We will happily accept returns on any of our goods provided you return the item within 14 days of receipt, sorry returns will not be accepted after this time has elapsed. All returned goods must be unused, unworn and undamaged in a new condition and in the original packaging with labels attached.
We can either exchange for another size or colour, a different item completely or give you a refund. To ensure a problem free return please follow the checklist below:
1) Please contact us by eBay's 'Messages' facility to make us aware that you wish to return an item and give us a brief reason for the return.
2) Package the goods and post via recorded signed for registered post to: Twisted Tactical, Easter Balbairdie House, Kilrie, Kirkcaldy, Fife, KY2 5UX, UK.
For UK customers we advise that you return the item by Royal Mail 'Recorded Signed For' registered post and ask for proof of posting, this will avoid problems if we do not receive the goods, the proof of posting will entitle you to free insurance with Royal Mail should the item get lost in the post. There is no need to send by 'Special Delivery', ask the post office counter staff for the cheapest 1st or 2nd class 'Recorded Signed For' delivery.
International customers are advised to use a similar service which offers insurance against loss and provides proof of delivery.
3) ALWAYS include a note informing us what you require (Please do not write 'see email' as we get lots of emails every day and may have deleted any previously received emails. A brief note is all that is required stating that you require a refund or an exchange for a different item (include colour and size) and a copy of your invoice with the return. If you have lost the invoice we require your name and address and eBay name/ ID to help us locate your records.
4) If you are sending goods from outside of the European Union you will be required to attatch a customs document, this MUST be marked as a 'Return To Supplier' so that customs duties are not charged, if that option is not available mark as 'Gift', we will not pay customs charges on returned items if you fail to do this. If you are unsure how to fill in the customs declaration correctly ASK YOUR COURIER before sending the item and let them know that it is a return to supplier.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS MAY DELAY YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
NOTE: The buyer is responsible for the return costs unless we have made a mistake or there is a fault with the goods that we have supplied. In these cases please contact us by eBay's 'Messages' facility before taking any action or leaving feedback.
We will not refund any expedited delivery charges such as 'Express Delivery'. For items delivered outside of mainland UK we will not refund our original outgoing postage costs, in some cases our outgoing postage costs are more than what we may have charged as in some cases we subsidise postage costs. In these cases we will refund what you paid, less our actual post & packaging costs.
Refunds are issued within 5 working days of goods being received.
EXCHANGES: We are happy to exchange goods provided you return the item within 14 days of receipt, and the returned item is unused, unworn and undamaged in a new condition and in the original packaging with labels attached. Please check our eBay listings first to ensure we have the goods you require in stock and follow the guidelines above, all exchanges are subject to stock. For exchanges, state clearly the item you require, the size and the colour and the eBay item number.
We will require that outgoing postage costs are paid for before we send out any goods, we will invoice you via PayPal for this when we are ready to dispatch. If there are any extra costs to pay or a refund to be made we will do this via PayPal.
