We track all items and will issue you with your tracking number upon our sending.
We will only post to verified paypal addresses and reserve the right to cancel transactions that do not benefit from full seller protection.
Designer4less insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.
We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Designer4less and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Taxes & Duties
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the courier company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional P&P charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as 'gifts' - US and international government regulations prohibit such behaviour.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied we will exchange or refund providing the item is returned in perfect condition with all labels and tags attached. Please raise your return within 14 days of receipt via your original Ebay order. Please follow our easy step by step instructions:
- Under 'My Ebay' click on 'won/purchased' and go to the item you wish to return.
- On the right hand side there is a drop down menu - click on 'more actions' and then click on 'return this item'.
- Follow the process through - giving a reason for return and any additional information you wish to include and click on 'continue' then on 'request return'.
- We will then accept the return and you will receive full details of where to send the item back to.
International returns please note: If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains 'returned goods'.
The buyer is responsible for the return postage. Please keep proof of P&P until we acknowledge receipt of the goods. We recommend you use a tracked service with insurance because the item(s) are the responsibility of the buyer until we have received them back. We will not accept goods that have been damaged whilst in the ownership of the buyer or their courier.
Unless your goods have been described incorrectly, or we have sent the wrong product(s) in error, we will not refund your postage charges for the return.
We will process the refund via eBay within 4 working days of receipt of the returned item.
For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on underwear or swimwear if the item(s) has been worn or the packaging is damaged.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
