GUARANTEE

Furniture are covered under warranty from the manufacture for a period of 12 months, from the date of order and covers manufacture defects.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER - FURNITURE

After placing an order, we do not accept returns after 7 days from the date of order. According to distance selling regulation, the customer is responsible to arrange a return to our warehouse. If you cancel your order once has been delivered, you must not use the goods, must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. Please make sure that the goods are in a saleable condition and their original packaging. Self-assembly furniture cannot be returned. If you do not comply with your obligations above, we will not agree to the refund or may make a reasonable charge to cover any additional costs.

CANCELLIG YOUR ORDER - ACCESSORIES

If, for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must return item(s) with 7 days of receipt. You will be refunded as long you return an item in the same condition and packaging originally supplied.
