For your own peace of mind, and for buyer protection, we only accept payment via Paypal for items that are delivered directly to you. We accept direct payment for items collected from our Swindon warehouse.

Immediate payment is required on all Buy It Now purchases. Auction purchases and accepted Best Offers must be paid for in full within 3 days.

A payment confirmation will be sent once we have received cleared funds.

Our delivery charges are per item and are clearly stated on all listings.

Only eBay users registered in the UK are eligible to buy and we can only despatch items to UK addresses.

Damaged Items
Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within a reasonable period of time.

Items Received In Error
If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us as soon as possible.

How to Return a Product
Please send an email via the contact us section of eBay or call our warehouse directly on 07870 841445 for Returns Authorisation stating your Ebay order number.

How Long Will It Take?

Orders are normally despatched from the warehouse within 2 working days.

Do you ship overseas?

At present, we do not offer delivery outside of the UK.

How long will it take to answer my email?

We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours of receipt (please allow longer if you email us over the weekend.)

It's been over a week and my order's not been delivered. What should I do?

Please call our warehouse on 07870 841445 and we will be happy to track your order for you.

What happens if I am out when my order is delivered?

If you are out when delivery is attempted the couriers or postman should leave a card for you detailing the whereabouts of your parcel.

Can I collect my item?

Unless it is stated on the auction that collection is available then this is not possible. For auctions that state that collection is availble then these can be made from our Swindon warehouse with prior arrangement via email. Please note that our warehouse opening times are Monday - Friday 8am until 3.30pm.

Do you have a Buy It Now price?

Unless the item is on a Buy It Now sale we cannot sell via this option.

Please note that there is a charge of £6 for any dispatch to The Highlands or The Islands.
