Wonderful Cast ALUMINUM Sculpture FIGURINE - TIGER - Lying - by: HOSELTON Canada - Signed - Original Label - CIBC (Bank) Award 1998 - Highly Polished Sheen 

Dimensions:        1 1/2 inches tall x 1 5/8 inches wide x 3 1/2 inches long.  

Condition:          Good to Very Good pre-owned.  Minor surface scuffs on shiny highly polished aluminum. No two exactly alike!  Created in cast aluminum.  Unique technique perfected by maker HOSELTON over the past 35 years.  No sculpture is the same with the hand polishing techniques used. Incised stripe detail. Base is hand signed/etched with model number 1971, etched "CIBC 1998" & original silver foil label is present "Hoselton Sculpture Made in Canada". Special order for use as bank award! Very nice collectible! 

Hoselton carves an original sculpture & then a sand cast mould is created.  Liquid aluminum alloy heated to 1200 degrees is poured in.  Hand finishing & polishing techniques make each one unique.  In business in Ontario Canada for over 35 years.  Highly sought after sculptures, mostly of animals.
