Paypal is the preferred method of payment and allows us to get your item to you fastest. Postal orders are also accepted and are preferable 'uncrossed' as this allows them to be paid in at a local post office. Crossed postal orders may only be redeemed at our local bank and this may cause delays to your item being shipped. Please note, all postal order payments should be sent by recorded or registered post. It is the responsibility of the Royal Mail (and not ourselves) if payments are not later received.

Please note personal cheques are no longer accepted. Bank transfers are also not accepted for individual purchases though may be considered for bulk orders, please ask first before buying. For other methods of payment, again, please ask before purchasing the item.

Payment should be made withing seven days of the purchase date unless prior arrangements were made with us before the buyer purchased the item. After seven days an 'unpaid item case' will automatically be opened by eBay. As this is an automatic system process buyers intending to take more than seven days to pay should be aware this could affect their eBay account.

We ship using Parcels 2 Go worldwide to all countries. Please click on the P&P Payments tab (next to the description tab, top left) for details of all shipping types and a drop down menu for international countries. Please note that shipments to Malta, Norway, Greece, and Switzerland can cost more than other European countries, if based in one of these countries click the 'ask a question' link (upper right) for further information on shipping costs before purchasing.

Please note, as per eBay and Paypal rules, we will only ship the item to the address that is registered with Paypal. We ask that buyers do not purchase items and then send us an alternative unregistered shipping address. In these cases the transaction will be cancelled.

Insuring your item: The buyer should ask for insurance before paying otherwise your item may be shipped without. Please note that couriers will not insure items like statues for breakage, but only for loss, due to the nature of the product. On some large value items or bulk orders we may insist on charging for insurance in the postage price to allow us to track the item. If the buyer refuses this service the item or items may not be shipped and the transaction cancelled.

Despatch times: We ship items often by the next working day, though we quote three working days. The reason for this is that our items are kept in storage and we have to travel each morning to pick them. During the day we are packing and arranging couriers. Then in the afternoon we travel again to a postage depot to drop them off for posting. For this reason, we ask that customers please do not make demands on us to ship out items the same day as you purchase them as it is not possible after we have already travelled to our storage facility. Consideration when shipping is always given to items purchased and paid for first.

Non-delivery of item: It is the buyers responsibility to accept delivery of the item or to collect from a local depot if they are not in at the time of delivery. If an item is returned to us due to a buyer 'not collecting' their item from a depot any additional postage costs incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer regardless of whether the courier left a 'card' or not. Please also note, in the UK the Royal Mail does not class parcels as missing until after 28 days and it is not uncommon for items to still be delivered within this time period. In the rare event of an item not being delivered at all, a claim or refund by the buyer will be rejected until the 28 day time period has lapsed.

Customs charges: In some international countries customs may stop your parcel for purposes of charging excise duty or import taxes to your item. International buyers should always check with their local customs office for delayed parcels as in almost all cases this is where they are. Any additional custom charges for international buyers are the full responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging: We endeavour to do our best to ensure your purchase will reach you in premium condition and the majority of our items are all packed in cardboard boxes with packing. Should you wish to have more secure packaging for your item please ask before completing your purchase. It is the responsibility of the buyer to tell us if this is a specific requirement. Increasing the packaging may affect the box weight or size and in turn increase the actual cost of the postage to be paid.

Postage Costing: We try to price all our items postage both UK and International as accurately as possible. However, all our postage prices are estimates and postage cannot be charged 100% accurately with so many varying sizes and weights and different countries to ship to, as well as the possibility of postage costs changing on a regular basis. If you do not agree with the postage cost you are being charged please do not buy the item and leave neutral or negative reviews later. In these instances we ask that you enquire about the actual postage cost first before buying. In some rare instances it is possible we may under or over charge by small amounts. In the latter case we will refund any difference in actual cost if the buyer contacts us after the item is shipped.

Combining Postage: We love to combine postage for you. It saves the buyer money, and it is better for our workload while making more economical use of packaging. Simply click to buy all the items you would like and wait for us to send you an invoice with the combined postage cost on. Please note, some large items, like statues, it may not be possible to combine due to their large size. 

All items are shipped exactly as stated in the listing. I strive to make the descriptions of products very precise and objective. If you still have questions, please contact me before you buy. All buyers are recommended to read our returns policy before buying an item. Please do not buy unless you have read, understood, and agreed with the terms of our returns policy.

Note to collectors on boxes and packaging - while many customers do not mind the condition of outer boxes or packaging for items it is noted that some collectors require pristine boxes or packaging for some collectable items. Due to the nature of postal services and most of our stock being shipped in from the United States, some stock even though brand new may not always arrive with pristine outer packaging. Therefore, we advise that all our items listed have the possibility of some minor storage or delivery wear to their outer box. Buyers that ask us about card condition should note we have over a thousand figures in storage and therefore it is just not possible for us to know the condition of each individual card in our stock. On this basis we make no guarantees regarding card condition. Items will not later be discounted or accepted for return due to 'imperfections or minor damage' to the outer packaging. Buyers should also note that photo's shown of an item are generally an 'example' of the product as in many instances we may have multiple units of stock of an item. For this reason, buyers should not assume the exact item in the picture is the one they will receive.

Busts and statues, while listed as new, may be opened for inspection or testing (of light up displays) before being despatched. This is because on some rare occasions it is possible for these types of items to arrive with flaws, damage, or light up displays that fail. Although statues and busts may be listed as new they may be opened for inspection prior to shipping to avoid later disappointment or customer returns.

Paintwork on figures, busts, and statues may vary in quality on some items and is often hand done by the manufacturers. On rare occasions there may be minor paint flaws on items. This is part of the manufacturing process and it is not considered a fault on the item. We do not return or exchange these items for customers that would prefer 'different' paintwork on the item. Due to having a large amount of items in storage we also do not inspect items individual paintwork before sending them out. All items of this nature are bought as is and we ask that when the buyer clicks the buy now they accept the manufacturers paintwork as it is.

Positive feedback is left automatically for buyers where upon positive feedback is received for ourselves. If as a buyer you feel that you have reason to leave a neutral or negative feedback rating please let us know why first before leaving feedback as this gives us an opportunity to correct any problems that may have arisen after the purchase. Buyers that leave 'unreasonable' feedback for occurrences beyond our control (for example, postal service damage or lose item) without giving us the opportunity to correct the problem first will be 'blocked' through eBay from future purchases. We endeavour to treat all our customers fairly, with respect, and with reason, and ask that when leaving feedback our customers do the same.
