HP 15-a Intel Pentium 15.6 ac018na 4GB 1TB is a perfect internet platform for the home for business for students and for streaming or watching video. This laptop is not the fastest nor does it have the biggest HD but for every day use it is more than enough and only the IT geeks in society could find any fault with it. It opens and processes efficiently without any drama and you wont need a coffee while you wait. I have always been impressed with HP products and would recommend them for your ongoing usage. Geoff

Didn't get to use this laptop as the battery was faulty and wouldn't hold it's charge so when you unplugged it from the mains, it would go off. No replacement offered.

Not sure, as soon as I turned it on, it crashed. It's making weird noises and it's very slow at opening things. I do apologise for the negative review but I paid a lot of money for it. Thanks:)
