Things to Know Before Buying

This product comes ready chipped and displays ink levels.
When removing the "PULL" TAB off the cartridge - please do so carefully and slowly, this is exposing the breather hole for the cartridge and if done quickly some ink MAY spill out.
This is a standard procedure in these types of cartridges.

The Black in this listing is a standard black.  It is equivalent to code CN684ee.  Please note that the black contained in this pack is approx 1.5cm wide.  The original manufacturer has changed the design of the cartridges and no longer produces the WIDER blacks (CB321ee) anymore and as we use the original empty cartridge we can only supply this version.  The original manufacturer does state the CARTRIDGE WILL 100% FIT IN ALL EXISTING PRINTERS EITHER TO THE SIDE OR THE CENTRE OF THE SLOT and will not affect the cartridge in a any way. 

Using any REMANUFACTURED cartridge may display warnings on your PC such as - "counterfit product" or "used product" or "non genuine cartridge installed", please be ASSURED that our cartridges are 100% remanufactured (using the original empty cartridge) but with a NEW CHIP so these products will display error messages as they are not the ORIGINAL MANUFACTURED PRODUCT.  PLEASE NOTE THEY ARE NOT COUNTERFIT PRODUCTS OR A CHEAP COMPATIBLE PRODUCT.  We only sell 100% Remanufactured Products.  THIS WILL NOT AFFECT THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE PRODUCT - PLEASE SEE OUR FEEDBACK FOR THIS ITEM. 

To get the best out of your cartridge always do a head clean before use and change the print mode to “BEST”

Please note as this is a remanufactured product and considerably cheaper than the OEM there may be a 0.1% chance that the cartridge may have a slight issue on arrival. This however can be simply fixed using our troubleshooting guide which can be requested by messaging us.
This is a much lower % fall out rate compared to other sellers. ALL REMANUFACTURED PRODUCTS WILL HAVE A % THAT FAIL.
