We prefer PayPal for all eBay purchases, We do not accept any form of part-exchange for our sales, as this is against ebay rules. We also do not accept any other method of payment or method prohibited by eBay.
We cannot accept any overseas cheque that is not issued by a UK bank, and is in any other currency than £ Sterling. We also cannot say how much an item will be in Euros or Dollars if paying by PayPal - as the currency conversion rates vary.
If you still receive payment reminders and you have already paid us or sent a payment, please let us know to investigate your payment - this can happen if your PayPal and eBay email addresses are different. We can do very little for missing cheques or postal orders.
PayPal e-cheques are accepted, but please note that they can take a considerable time to clear through paypal's system. e-cheques are generally processed by PayPal when your credit card on file has expired, so you have to wait usually around 2 weeks for a payment to clear. Please get in touch with us if you wish to cancel an e-cheque and pay with a different method.
All prices quoted are for shipment to a UK Mainland Address, excluding Highlands and Islands. Delivery will be made by our couriers or Royal Mail as appropriate. All orders will require a signature on delivery - please ensure that the address you have on file is up-to-date, and for larger items, that someone will be available to sign for it. We cannot accept requests such as "leave round the back". If you are ordering a large item, such as a PC, then please also ensure that you supply a contact number for the courier to call you if they have trouble delivering your order. Smaller items may need to be collected from your sorting office if there was no-one there to sign for your order.
European courier prices quoted are for France (excluding corsica) , Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Denmark or Ireland (excluding any islands such as madeira, canary islands, corsica etc). Other countries please ask, as shipping costs can vary from country to country. Airmail items cost the same rate regardless of country within Europe. There is a slightly higher rate for airmail to the rest of the world.
For heavy items (packets 2kgs and over) for non-european destinations, please ask us for a shipping quote. It is impossible to put a worldwide price for these items, as the costs vary enormously from country to country.
Shipping prices quoted are for shipping, packaging and handling, not just the price of postage. We will only ship to your registered address, this is to protect you from fraudulent use of your eBay account. Please check with the royalmail.com site for "international signed for" service prices before complaining our shipping is high - we only send out items tracked, and this is the minimum price we have to pay to use this service.
We endeavour to ship your items the same or next working day from the date of receipt of payment - but on occasions, your orders may take longer to be shipped - we will not issue refunds for orders that have not been shipped the same day, unless we have agreed that your order will be shipped on any specific day.

Please add the relevent shipping tariff to your order in checkout - we will not ship any orders where no shipping has not been fully paid.
USED - Second user part, tested and fully functional
REFURBISHED - A part that is second user, no major cosmetic, may have had parts replaced or repaired
NEW - An unused part, although, may not contain original packaging materials and/or instructions
NEW/BOXED - An unused part, complete with original box, as you would expect from a new part
All our fixed price items, unless mentioned in the description come with a 30-day warranty. Any faulty item will be replaced or refunded at our discression. Please do not return any item without first obtaining an RMA number from us. This will enable us to track your item, and send any replacements out as necessary without any delay. We check all serial numbers and/or tamperproof labels on return - any sign of tampering with this number will invalidate any warranty. If your item is genuinely faulty or not as described, the return shipping costs will be reimbursed to you.
Please note you will need to supply your invoice number, this is emailed to you on the final invoice that is sent with the tracking number. The RMA number must be clearly written on all packaging. We may not accept any returns without an RMA number clearly written on it. For parcels, we usually collect these directly, please do not send back any item weighing over 1kg using the post office. Items under 1kg should be send 2nd class recorded. We cannot be responsible for items lost in the post that are sent back untracked.
Unwanted (non-faulty ) items bought as a fixed-price may be returned to us, but the packaging must be complete, and you are resposible for your shipping costs - these will not be refunded. Special order items may not be returned unless faulty.
