We understand that from time to time, things may go wrong with a transaction. We therefore, kindly request that rather than opening a dispute, please e-mail us and we will aim to resolve the issue within as short a time scale as possible.
This rarely happens, however, we would like to mention this as we would like to keep a high feedback score moving forward by dealing with any issues amicably and most importantly, we want happy customers to return to us time and time again.
We would appreciate your concentration on all the positive feedback we have received. Disagreements happen sometimes and non-paying ebayers leave negative feedback as retaliatory. Please base this mind before making a decision based on our feedback.
We aim to answer these as quickly as possible, however, please be patient as sometimes there may be a delay in the system or we may have a lot of questions to deal with.

Terms & Conditions:
Postage / Delivery: (not applicable if listed as collection)
· All items are sent out within 3 working days (Monday to Friday) so please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
· Our delivery services require a signature at point of drop off. Should you not be available at the time of delivery, a card will be left in your letterbox. In case of an disappearance of any item we will not be responsible. However, this rarely happens and if this happens please contact us immediately we will try to get this matter resolved through courier.
· Please note that if you have not received your item or a failed delivery card within 4 working days, please contact us immediately and we will inform you of the status.
· Please note, if you receive a failed delivery card, it will be your responsibility to arrange either a re-delivery or to collect from the local depot yourself. Should the card not be responded to and eventually, item delivered back to us, a second postage charge will be made for us to resend.
· Upon dispatch, we will mark item dispatched on ebay, expected delivery time and tracking number.
· We take every precaution to package items as secure as possible.
· We do not accept collection in person unless the item is particularly large or heavy, in which case, it will be stated in person or agreed by us by appointment only.
· We may offer a reduction in postage for purchases of multiple items, however, this is dependent upon type of item, size, cost, etc (Please ask for details).
· For any items located in Scotland, Highlands, Northern Ireland, or other locations off mainland UK, we reserve the right to charge additional postage fees – Please ask before bidding.
· Post codes starting in the below, will very likely incur additional postage fees, please contact us to confirm. Scotland – AB, IV, HS, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE Northern Ireland – BT, IM, TR, GY, JE
· Postage is final, please bare the postage costs in mind when bidding as we will not refund later.
· We do not ship abroad and we do not accept courier collections for items being shipped abroad.
· Collections are arranged by appointment only and must be prior arranged with us (please contact us first).
· Identification (drivers licence or passport) must be provided (for copy), upon collection, and must match your ebay account details.
· Collections can only take place within our working hours and availability, usually Monday-Sunday.
· Collection must take place within 14 working days of payment being made unless agreed. We reserve the right to charge storage fees, should collection not be made within 14 working days.
· We do not accept any courier collections unless agreed by us for heavy items only.
· There is absolutely no discount for collection.
· Items sold tested are fully tested by our qualified staff.
· Refurbished items have been refurbished in house and sold fully working.
· Items sold power tested only means they have been tested to see if they power up and are sold non-returnable.
· Any operating systems that are on items are there purely for demonstration purposes only. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all operating systems are properly licensed. All Operating systems are for Demonstration Purposes, they may not have all drivers on, unless stated.
Untested Items/Spares & Repairs:
· Items are listed as untested where we do not have the necessary facilities or technical information / equipment to fully test them.
· Items that are fully working, however, listed with parts missing or damaged will fall under the untested or spares & repairs category.
· We may from time to time list items as new. This is because we have received them boxed and sealed. These items are not guaranteed to be covered by a warranty.
· We have a 7 days return policy for items damaged in transit or non-working upon delivery. Items listed as untested or spares or repair are non-returnable
· Refunds will not be issued for incompatibility so please make sure you are purchasing the correct item at time of sale.
. We do not offer returns/exchange on Items marked as No Returns or Warranty.
· Returned items are inspected upon prior to giving refund.
· Returns will only be accepted subject to email communication and evidence of the problem at hand.
· Items sold are second hand and do not come with a warranty although this does not affect our 7 days returns policy.
· Please make sure that item’s returned are securely and safely packaged as we will not be held responsible if they have been damaged by you.
· Should an item be returned and no fault found, we will not refund postage costs you at the time of purchasing.
. We do not accepts returns or exchange based on sign of use/mark unless not explained in our description.
. Returning item claiming item has been repaired is not acceptable as we do not repair any items. All the repair items are marked as "Spares & Repairs".
· We do not operate a sale or return policy and we will only accept goods back that have been damaged during the delivery process. Any goods that are returned will be at the cost of the buyer we will not refund this postage cost. IF IN DOUBT please ask, as we will not be held to ransom with negative feedback.
· Under no circumstances do we accept returns after 7 days, this includes reporting any faults after 7 days of your purchase or you didn't check or test the specs of the system.
· Our primary form of payment is Paypal.
· We do not accept cheques and postal orders.
· We do not ship items out until we have cleared funds in our account
