We generally dispatch items within 1 working day of receiving payment. Items are sent either by 1st/2nd class Royal Mail, or 24 hour courier, 48 hour courier or Special Delivery. DELIVERY ADDRESS:

If you pay by PayPal we send to your PayPal address otherwise we send to your eBay address. Buyer warrants that their address is correct and can receive signed for goods and that they will be available to receive deliveries. Items are sent by Royal Mail First Class, Recorded, Special Delivery or Courier according to weight and value. Buyer warrants they will cooperate in retrieving any goods where there is a failed delivery by the carrier.

Our preferred method of payment is Paypal. We will accept all major credit and debit cards. To pay by card please call 07709 429906 after purchasing your goods. We may accept cheques but please call to confirm. Please note that paying by cheque will delay your order for the time taken for the cheque to clear.

DO NOT SEND UNSOLICITED RETURNS. All returns are conditional upon prior notification and discussion with us prior to dispatch. If dispatched without prior approval RETURN postage costs will be payable by the buyer. In the case of new goods the manufacturers acceptance needs to be obtained and a returns number supplied. If goods are returned on an unsolicited basis then the seller shall be entitled to charge 30% of the price of the goods (minimum £15) by way of agreed restocking fees or to require the buyer to pay for them to be sent back.

Postage costs, unless item is proved to be faulty, are not refundable in all cases of replacement or refund. Buyer is responsible to post back any items for testing at his own cost within 7 days, after which all sales are final. Postage costs shall be agreed with us prior to dispatch.

OUR PRICING IS LARGELY SUB WHOLESALE:
We are a surplus company USUALLY dealing in product returns - Boxes or bags MAY be damaged, opened or missing. Cartridges WILL have original manufacturers' seals unless otherwise stated above. Sometimes the same cartridges are manufactured by HP, Canon, Epson, Xerox, Brother etc. with minor differences. We may need to substitute cartridges from different manufacturers and modify them e.g. by swapping chips BUT they will still be original and new. We do not guarantee dates but we do guarantee that the cartridges work.
