"Please wait 15 working days (from the due date of delivery) before contacting us as we would not consider any item as lost until 15 working days have lapsed.
We Colorpro allow the 15 working days for items to be returned to us if there are any delivery problems."

Returns Policy
Here at Color-pro we want you to be happy with your purchase and is pleased to offer exchanges or refunds on all goods returned unopened and unused within 7 days of receipt. You will receive a refund once we have successfully received and processed the item(s).
We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty or the item was sent to you through our error.
In the unlikely case of damaged/incorrect or faulty goods please contact Us for advice on returning the goods for a suitable refund or replacement.
Please make sure that you have clearly read any instructions that may have come with the product, or may be displayed on our website, as products found not to be faulty when they come back to us, will be sent back to you at your cost.
