Within a few minutes of the auction closing, or clicking on a BUY-IT-NOW option, you will receive a confirmation  e-mail detailing our payment options. Customers wishing to make multiple purchases should select all items required before making payment, then make a single payment. The eBay system will combine these items for you during the checkout process, should you experience any problems at checkout please request a combined invoice. All customers regardless of their payment preference should use the link, the 'Pay Now' button in this email. This checkout facility allows your delivery address details to be passed to our system, please ensure your delivery address details on eBay and Paypal are correct before making payment. Our bankers details are contained in the 'Winning Buyer' e-mail and at checkout. Please allow up to 3 business days for bank transfers to reach our account. We regret we can no longer accept payment by cheque or Postal Order.

We will acknowledge receipt of all payments by e-mail, also notify you when your item is dispatched.

UK Customers - With ConneXxions Prompt shipping by First Class Post is FREE to UK addresses. We are based in the UK and dispatch most items using Royal Mail.

Overseas Customers. We are happy to supply to customers throughout the EU. Our Airmail rates are clearly stated within the listing, please add postage and handling as detailed. If you buy more than one of this item, you can save on postage! In that case, add the lower additional item P & P for each additional item ordered. For mixed orders the full postage will be charged on the first (highest rate) item, to this the lower additional item charge shown against each subsequent item selected will be added. To take advantage of this offer goods must be paid for in a single payment. The eBay checkout (The Pay Now Button) will calculate this saving for you. Overseas buyers may have their orders sent via Priority Air Services AIRSURE or ISF for an extra £4 in addition to the Airmail rates.

FAULTY GOODS. All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us carriage paid WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. The item will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
NON FAULTY GOODS. We accept the return of goods* that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt. Initial postage charges will be refunded but return costs are the responsibility of the customer. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.
RETURNS FOR REFUND. These items* must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of the full purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made.

*Some products including headphones, cut length cables and all software are excluded from return unless faulty. Your Statutory Rights are not affected.

Our feedback system is automated. Feedback is given automatically on receipt of your cleared payment. This can take a few hours to show on your eBay id.
