Payment

We accept payments via PayPal. It is the easiest and fastest method of payment. Instant payments made through PayPal can be dispatched the same or next working day. Please follow the instructions provided at checkout to complete payment through PayPal.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 2.00pm Mon-Fri on the same day, any orders received after 2.00pm will be dispatched the next working day. During weekends or bank holidays, all orders will be dispatched on the next working day.

We provide Free UK Shipping on all products which are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Post, the estimated time for delivery is 2-3 working days of dispatch date. In the event if the buyer does not receive within the estimated time, the buyer must allow 7 days before contacting us.

We provide Next Day Delivery in the UK ONLY on all products which are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day at an additional cost of £6.00. This service is only provided from Monday to Thursday, any special delivery requests on a Friday, we then be sent for the next working day (if a bank holiday, then your order will arrive on the next working day).

We provide International delivery on all products, which are sent via Royal Mail Signed for or Royal Mail Standard International Post, the estimated time for International delivery are as follows:

Europe: 5-9 working days
Outside Europe: 10-21 working days

After you have placed the order, the address provided by PayPal will be the address that the item will be dispatch to. Any messages concerning any change of address sent via the Ebay Messaging System or via email will be not be accepted.
