Payment must be received within ten (10) days of auction close or completing a Buy It Now purchase.

Unpaid item wins will be forfeited after ten (10) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.

If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within seven days before submitting payment.

Faulty Goods

All goods are new.
Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt.
You will have received a pre-paid postage label with your receipt/item please use this when returning goods.

Non-Faulty Goods

We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered for exchange, these items must be returned to us in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.

These items must be returned using the pre-paid postage label received with your receipt/item providing it is in a saleable condition WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt by you.

Any additional monies due must be paid in advance of us sending an alternative product.

Refund for Unwanted Items

These items must be returned to us in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on unwanted/wrongly ordered/exchange or replacement item(s) will be chargeable @ 99p.

Goods must be returned using the pre-paid postage label received with your receipt/item.

Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made.

No refund on postage for unwanted items.
