Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy How To Return An Item Returns must be notified within 7 days and returned within 14 days. 1. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Please be aware of the very strict no use policy regarding bags which are high end items, they must be returned in pristeen condition for resale (we wear gloves when handling items) ie no scuffs, marks signs of use inside or out: no smoke/animal/perfume or freshener odours, all original labels and price tag must be attached and original packaging intact. Please only return items if unused as you will be responsible for return postage should we find the item to be non-refundable. We suggest you use a registered, insured, signed for delivery service for example RM recorded or special delivery with insurance and keep proof of posting, as you are responsible for the item. Return Exceptions Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software,video games,cosmetics and jewellery. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Restocking Fee All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. Exchanges If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
