Halo HS-5500 Squash Eye Protection is a one piece shatter proof polycarbonate lens which can withstand high impact. The shield is designed to maximise peripheral and down vision and is curved and sleek. The HS-5500 lenses are anti-fog coated and anti-scratch resistant, combined with a hypo allergenic nosepiece for extra comfort.
HS-5500 headstraps are adjustable and washable. This eye protection comes with a micro fibre cleaning / protective pouch.
BS 7930-1:1998 certified and CE approved for squash.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday. This excludes any Bank Holiday. We ship orders as soon as it is physically possible. Customers are sent an email at the end of the day when the order is shipped. Please ensure your eBay registered email address is correct.
For shipments to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles and Channel Islands via courier (Royal Mail not included), a remote area surcharge will apply, over and beyond the shipping price on eBay. This surcharge is £16 and will be requested after the main payment has been received.
For shipments to Russia, Canary Islands, Malta, Moldova, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Albania, Ukraine, Armenia, Turkey, and Cyprus via courier (Royal Mail not included), a surcharge will apply, over and beyond the shipping price on eBay. This surcharge is 30% of the main shipping cost paid and will be requested after the main payment has been received. This is due to these countries not being serviceable via road for delivery and therefore more expensive to send via air than other European countries.
For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, we must specify a total valuation for the order. The package will be declared at 70% of the order value for Customs purposes, excluding shipping and marked as a purchase. Lower values may able to be declared by prior arrangement where legally possible. Shipments that require Customs clearance are not time guaranteed.

The customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be payable in their local country, in addition to courier brokerage charges for clearing packages through Customs. This is usually for high value transactions. For orders shipped within the European Union, there are never any additional charges due to the free trade movement.

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, as orders are transferred to our warehouse immediately.
If you have received your order and changed your mind on the purchase, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so, provided you inform us of your decision within 30 days of receiving the order.
All customers have a legal right to return an order within seven days of receipt of the order, however, Racquet Depot UK has extended this guarantee to 30 days. The product must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us.
Once you have informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense.
Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method, minus the true cost of initially sending out the product(s).
If an order arrives damaged, we ask that you report issues with delivery within 24 hours of receipt. If the products are visibly damaged on receipt, pictures should be taken immediately in order for us to make a claim with the shipping provider.
At the request of Royal Mail and all couriers, you must not have any further contact with the box or products, in order to avoid the possibility of an accusation of tampering.
If a product is faulty, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of any original fault. After this period, any applicable warranty commences.
Products should be returned in their original packaging. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement, repair or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs, unless our own courier is used.
We test returned products, and if a returned product is found not to be faulty by our technicians, we will return the product to the customer and bill all shipping charges directly to the customer.
You should not return the product until you have received authorisation.
In the extremely unlikely event that you receive the incorrect product(s) ordered, please accept our apologies and contact us at the first available opportunity to inform us and we will resolve to an amicable resolution. In most cases, we will cover your return shipping and issue the correct product out immediately.
If a problem begins to occur during the use of the product, please contact us. For all emails, we use an internal tracking system and will forward your enquiry to the best member in our team who can deal with your request.
We will look at the enquiry, date the order was placed and warranty position to determine a resolution. Please provide as much information as possible pertaining to the issue; images and videos are usually very helpful.

What happens if I am not in when delivery is attempted?
If nobody is able to sign for the package, you will be left a calling card and the goods will be returned to your local delivery depot. You may contact the courier to arrange a suitable redelivery date or alternatively collect the package from your local depot. Identification will be required upon collection.
A note may be left with a signature at the delivery address with alternative instructions for delivery. Occasionally, the courier may deliver to a neighbour or leave the parcel in a safe location at your property for convenience.
What happens if I am unable to check the contents of the order upon delivery?
If you are unable to check the contents of the package at the time of delivery, please sign for the order as 'UNCHECKED'. Failure to do so may affect any condition or warranty claims that you make after delivery.
How long should I wait for delivery?
If orders are not sent by a timed or tracked service, please leave 14 days for UK orders and 30 days for worldwide orders before contacting us. We are not able to track orders and cannot make claims with Royal Mail until after this period for untracked shipments.
Can I collect my order instead of having the order delivered?
Yes; we allow collections from our warehouse in Gosport. Please contact us to arrange a time and day, as collections must be arranged beforehand.
