We describe our products to the best of our ability. Any imperfections noted at the time of listing are included in the item description. If
an imperfection is discovered after listing, but before sale of the

the item for packaging and shipping, an imperfection is discovered that
was not previously disclosed, we will contact the buyer, inform them of
the discovery and come to a satisfactory resolution. Such resolution may include a discounted purchase price or a cancellation of the transaction. If
the buyer elects to cancel the transaction, the item will be relisted
with the new information included for prospective buyers. Again, we make every effort to ensure that the description is as accurate as possible.

Checkout Process:

of our items are available in more than one color or size; during the
checkout process we will need for you to tell us your preference. We update quantities with each sale so that you will know which colors/sizes are available.

multiple items and would like to know the total shipping cost, please
ask in advance of committing to the purchase. Although it is likely that you would still want to make the purchase, we want you to know in advance exactly what to expect.
Shipping:
Our Service Commitment to you is to ship purchases within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. We try, however, to ship within 24 hours so you will have your exciting new purchase as quickly as possible. The rate for shipping this item is listed in the shipping information box located at the bottom of this listing. We do offer shipping discounts when multiple items can be shipped in the same package. Some of our items even qualify for free shipping.
We
ask that you allow us to forward you a combined invoice when making
multiple purchases so we can give you the best shipping rate available
and also to ensure that when items qualify for free shipping that you
receive exactly that.
When your purchase is shipped we will send an email to your user account notifying you that shipment has been made. This email will include the tracking number so you may track the progress of your package. Although
items shipped through the United States Postal System will include
tracking number, but we have found that scanning these tracking numbers
along the way and at the time of delivery is not mandatory.
We make every effort to keep our shipping charges as low as possible while providing the best delivery channel available. Our
shipping charges are only minimally above the actual postage charge to
cover the cost of materials used to ensure the safe delivery of your
purchases.
If
your purchase is not received within the normal stated delivery
timeframe listed by the service utilized, we ask that you contact us
directly so that we may locate your package by contacting the delivery
service and ascertaining what has happened.
Payment:
We accept payment only through PayPal. Payment through PayPal gives you the option of paying by credit card or a debit to your checking account. PayPal also provides buyer protection. Other forms of payment do not necessarily provide this valuable feature for the buyer. We do not accept any other form of payment. The prevalence of identity theft and fraud has caused us to adopt this policy.
Payment is expected within 3 business days of completing the checkout process. If
you are making a purchase where a discount has been agreed upon, we ask
that you wait for an invoice is forwarded reflecting the terms of sale. The invoice will include a "Pay Now" link to PayPal. Payment can then be made from the invoice
Refunds:
Refund
of the purchase price, excluding shipping will be made only if we are
contacted in advance and the reason for requesting a refund is due to a
defect in the item. Requests for refunds must be received within 7 business days of receiving the item purchased. Should
you feel that there is a need to request a refund, please email us and
include details of the purchase, reason for requesting a return and
refund and a telephone number where we can reach you.
