Warranty / Returns
Most items come with a 12 MONTH MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY otherwise stated in the listing, Warranty only covers manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.
If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via eBay or simple email us at sales@just-parts.co.uk.
If you return your item for any other reason within 7 days from receipt we will refund you less the P&P. Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48hr turn around Monday to Friday.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. All Returns are processed within 7 working days of receipt at our office. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return; otherwise the refund will be delayed
Payment
By PayPal - We prefer payment by verified PayPal accounts with a confirmed address. Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date). Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched to you within 1 working day.
By Postal Order - Please contact us after purchase for our postal address. It is in your interest to send Postal Orders by Recorded or Special Delivery only.

Shipping
All items are in stock and are despatched to you within 24 hours Monday to Friday of your payment being received. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are despatched the next working day.

we will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 20 days from date of dispatch.
