Item 12volt Jump starter pack -delivery of was delayed, contacted seller and was informed this was due to issues with courier company , but seller responded well to all my inquires/ questions about delay of this item.

After messaging the seller with still no reply , I’m disappointed as I could of purchased this item cheaper but chose this seller as I wanted the actual plastic storage box as listed.completely dishonest to sell listed with plastic storage box then send in a cardboard box ,which was completely drenched as was left in the rain by delivery people and falling apart
