Items may be returned to us within the seven-day ‘cooling off period’ for a refund, excluding ebay charges and any carriage. All goods must be returned at the purchaser’s expense. To qualify for a refund the item(s) must be returned complete with all packaging. If any item was sealed it must be returned unopened, i.e. blister or clamshell package undamaged. All packaging and contents must be clean and unused. We must be notified within seven days of any pending return. If any of the above criteria is not met the item(s) will not be accepted for refund. If an item is received damaged this must be reported to the courier (where possible) and to us within 48 hours. Items received damaged must be returned for inspection before any replacement can be dispatched. Returns will not be accepted without prior notification. Items for return must include a copy invoice or invoice number, contact details and address. If any item returned as faulty and after examination and or testing is found not to be faulty, we reserve the right to return the item to you and recover any expenses incurred.
