We are a family run business that specialises in all kinds garden,home,phone,novelty items etc.. in our ever growing shop. Everything that we source and ship is already in stock and is sent directly by our dispatch team which operates out of our unit in hampshire. Please be assured that we value our reputation on eBay and so your positive feedback is important to us, I would therefore ask that you use your feedback both wisely and appropriately.
If on any occasion we get it wrong, your shipment is delayed or you sense a problem, then please allow myself or a member of our team to correct the problem by speaking/emailing us first.
We would ask however that all questions are directed through eBay to ensure that you have a timely response which will usually be the same day, if not within 24 hours. Please ensure you email only once - multiple emails slow us responding to you and others.
all reported missing items will be dealt with very seriously,we send out same day,and we send every item, there are some out there that think they can put a false claim in and get a refund.we will work with ebay on every claim to see if there is a pattern going on. we will do all we can to chase any of this up.
and to all the genuine claims we will do our best to sort this out straight away, we post out same day if ordered before 3pm, if not the next day. excluding weekends then which the next post will go out monday.

if in rare cases your item has been lost or mislaid in postal transit,
please be sure to phone your local sorting depot before any contact to us,(we stress this is done first) there are many reasons why they would have kept your mail or parcel. please just take the
time to do this.it can save so much hassle and money.

please note that if item was reported as broken or not working,and after inspection it was indeed ok and fine, there will be a 15% restock surcharge imposed on any refund due.

All items will be posted within 24 hours of purchase except at Weekends,last post of the week is on friday at 3pm,after this will be posted in Monday's collection. It takes 1 to 4 working days to receive the purchased item.
sometimes longer ,royal mail do make mistakes and can be slow,if you like your items faster please pay the little extra for 1st class,we make no attempt to make money on any postage.
