Shirley Auto Spares is a family run business located in South Birmingham. The business itself has now been supplying vehicle parts, tools and accessories to the motor trade for over 30 years and is one of the longest running independent businesses in our area!
We accept paypal payments and all forms of major credit/debit card. Items can be paid for on collection but must be bought first via Ebay and the collection itself arranged before the buyer arrives at the premises.
Carriage price is quoted for UK mainland only. For deliveries to Scottish Highlands, UK Islands, Northern Ireland, Europe and Non EU Countries please email first prior to purchase for quotes on carriage costs. Any purchases that are made not ad hearing to this rule may be classed as void by Shirley Auto Spares and the relevant parties refunded.
For security and due to the size and quantity of items that we now offer as a business it is impossible for us to keep all our items on our premises. For this reason any collections must be organised prior to arrival at store.
All items are available for return within 1 month of the original purchase date so long as they are in the original condition they were posted. Any costs for the return of the item are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Any items which are deemed faulty upon receipt must be informed and then sent back to Shirley Auto Spares immediately. Replacement items will only be sent once the faulty item in question has been received by us. Once the fault has then been verified a replacement item will be dispatched via Royal Mail First Class (were circumstances allow) and the original return postage will be refunded in full to the buyer.
Lost/Late arriving items-
All items are only deemed lost/late via the terms of the responsible courier. This is accepted in full by the buyer at the point of purchase of the item. In the event of an item being deemed lost or late via the terms of the couriers delivery service the buyer has the right under those terms to claim compensation from that courier. In this instance Shirley Auto Spares will make available all proof of postage documentation to assist the buyer with their claim. Shirley Auto Spares will not be made responsible for lost/late items as this is the responsibility of the courier and is accepted by the buyer at the point of purchase.
