In the event that an item is returned to us in a "used" condition we reserve the right to reject the item and will be returned to the customer. We fully comply with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. These regulations apply only to "Buy it now" format listings and not "auction" format listings. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, buyers have a period of 14 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the contract. Faulty Goods: All new items purchased will have a full 12 Months warranty. In the event of the purchased item generating a fault within the 12 months warranty period, the item will be replaced free of charge, or in the event that the faulty item cannot be replaced a refund on the purchase price will be given. It is very important that before returning any items, you e-mail us in advance and kindly await our instructions. Very often an item thought to be faulty is actually in working order and any issues can be resolved with our help.
