Here at H&S Alliance UK Ltd we understand that people do change their minds sometimes, it's only natural. If you receive your item and feel that you'd like to change it or alternatively you'd like your money back, just pop it back to us in the post, telling us on the delivery note if you'd like an exchange or a refund and we'll be happy to do this for you. All we ask is that you don't damage the item and that you send it back to us in its original condition within 7 days of receiving it. To exchange an item, P&P will need to be paid for posting of a new item. Don't worry, your statutory rights won't be affected.
Certain items are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items if the returned product is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale or is unsalable. We are unable to accept an item where there is evidence that the item has been used or damaged or if it has a visible mark on its surface that affects aesthetics.
When returning an item for a refund within 7 days of your receiving it, we can only refund the cost of the item. We are not liable to refund P&P charges since they are only refundable if the goods delivered to you are incorrect or faulty upon receipt.
All returned items are thoroughly checked by our Quality Control Team.
Always include the Delivery Note with your returned items, stating your exchange or refund request. Please note that we cannot exchange or refund your items without the Delivery Note. Should this be misplaced, please include a note in the package with your eBay ID, full name and address. Exchange or refund requests may be delayed if this paperwork or information is not received with the returned items.
When returning your items, please remember the following:
•We recommend returning the goods by registered/insured post
•Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging
•We are not liable for the postage fee for the return of goods
•We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties
•Refunds will be made once the items are received by us and a confirmation message through eBay will be sent to you as soon as it has been processed
•Refunds can take up to 14 working days to show in your paypal account
If you have a faulty item then please contact us first through the eBay messaging system so we may address the matter quickly. Do not send items back without agreeing with us beforehand as we are unable to refund postage costs. We will always find a way to have items returned to us if we are at fault.
