Bookworld.net is an ethically run book recycling business based in Lancashire, England, we work with local charities to raise much needy funds for their causes. We try to be as green as possible and make sure we recycle all or our paper, cardboard and plastic.

All our books are in stock in the UK, so when ordering from us you don't have to wait for weeks for books to come from the USA.

CONDITIONS EXPLAINED

Like New: - An apparently unread copy in perfect condition. Dust cover is intact with no nicks or tears. Spine has no signs of creasing. Pages are clean and not marred by notes or folds of any kind. Books may contain a remainder mark on an outside edge but this should be noted in the listing comments.

Very Good: - A copy that has been read, but is in excellent condition. Pages are intact and not marred by notes or highlighting. The spine remains undamaged.

Good: - A copy that has been read but remains in clean condition. All pages are intact and the cover is intact (including dust cover, if applicable). The spine may show signs of wear. Pages can include limited notes and highlighting, and the copy can include "From the library of" labels.

Acceptable: - A readable copy. All pages and the cover are intact (dust cover may be missing). Pages can include considerable notes--in pen or highlighter--but notes cannot obscure the text.

Payment

We accept PayPal only for all eBay orders. Please see payment details below.

Shipping

Most orders are dispatched on the same day, or within 1 working day, but all orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery then takes 4-14 working days, but can take up to 21 working days depending on weight and distance. Please note we cannot provide pictures of individual titles on our listings.

Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us via the methods available within eBay regarding any problems before leaving negative feedback. Any defects, damages, or material differences with your item, must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item or 30 days from date of shipment.

The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment notification. Non-deliveries must be reported within 30 days of Shipment Notification. Undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, or insufficient addresses will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.
