Amazing for all my knots. I can't seem to get wider settings on the shiatsu massage, only the rolling massage setting, which is too gentle for me.The shiatsu setting is amazing, especially if you lean into it. So pleased with my purchase.

Great product highly recommended 5*. It is programmable to a point and can be tailored to the individual - be you short or tall. I personally found even with the cover on it was a little too hard for my back in places - my daughter loved it though!. I remedied this by placing a piece of foam underlay(!?!) between the chair back and the cover. HEAVEN! Nothing more to add except you won't be disappointed with it if you buy.
