We offer our caravan for hire during April and May (not school holidays).
The accommodation comprises of a spacious 4 to 5 berth static holiday home, with:pillows, duvets and bed linen; crockery, cutlery andcooking utensils; gas hob and oven, microwave and fridge-freezer en-suite facilities and shower unit; 20 inch television with freeview; gas, electricity and hot water included. Sorry, no pets.
No all male or all female parties accepted under the age of 25. Nogroups of unaccompanied teenagers. Accommodation must be vacated by 10am on theday of departure.

The pool is the ideal place to either go for a relaxing swim or play with the kids in completesafety. Entry costs are not included in the caravan hire price.

The clean,sand-washed beach at Ladram Bay is sheltered and a popular destination forbathers and those keen on water sports.

Three Rocks entertainment complex
Built on twostoreys, this modern, stylish building is situated on the cliffs overlookingthe bay and commands breathtaking views of the Jurassic coastline and thefamous Ladram sea stacks.
Inside the ThreeRocks you will find the Pebbles restaurant and bar, Pirates amusements arcade,the indoor soft play area, Waves bar and nightspot and the internet zones.
TheEntertainments team provide a wide variety of live music and top class cabaretacts all free, seven days a week.
Adventure playground, play park and soft play area
The adventure playground is situated at the side of the Three Rocks complex and in easy viewof the first floor terraced area that overlooks the bay. This includes: slides and swings climbing frames, rope bridges, 50ft death slide
Adjacent to the adventure playground is the under 7s play park, while located on the second floor of the Three Rocks and adjacent to the amusements arcade is the safe children's indoor soft play area with secret tunnels and mazes to explore.
Crazy golf course
The crazy golfcourse has recently been revamped. One round of golf costs £1.50 and if you canring the bell on the last hole you'll get a complimentary free round.
