This is a listing for a CR Tech 1 Multi-Map diesel tuning box, to fit Honda i-CTDi and i-DTEC engines (you must tell us which when ordering as they are not generic).

These are high quality units which will be programmed on an individual basis based on the vehicle details you provide. They are manufactured by Bluespark Automotive in the UK under their CR Tech brand and are not comparable with low quality 'resistor boxes' or other generic tuning kits available on eBay; these units rival those costing £300+ but without the added costs usually associated with importing & reselling German TÜV rated tuning boxes. Returns Policy

All of our products carry a 28 day money back guarantee, so you can purchase with confidence knowing that if our products do not perform to your liking, then you can send them back to us for a full refund.

Please contact us prior to making a return, as in the majority of cases, problems can be solved without resorting to returning a product.

If claiming on the 28 day money-back guarantee, please allow up to 7 days to be refunded once we have received the original tuning box and package components in the same condition as they were supplied. You will be refunded the full purchase price less a restocking fee of up to £20 if the item is not returned in satisfactory condition (minor wear and tear is to be accepted). Refunds will be made using the same transaction method used during your original purchase.

The customer is responsible for the cost of all returns unless otherwise agreed between yourself and the supplier. Goods which are returned must be packed correctly to avoid any damage and contain the original invoice. All returns must be sent by registered delivery which provides a parcel tracking system.

Only within the first 28 days will a full refund be given for a faulty unit, otherwise the unit will be repaired or replaced as set out in the Warranty conditions. Strictly no refunds if the unit is no longer needed after purchase and the 28 day return period has expired.

FAQ's

Why does manufacturer “X” state higher power gains or offer a product at a cheaper price than your units?
There are many tuning box manufacturers on the market. The very vast majority of sellers within our price range sell analogue, fixed tune boxes despite often claiming otherwise. Our units use digital microprocessor technology and have all had extensive development to ensure maximum performance and reliability.

How easy are your tuning boxes to fit?
In the vast majority of cases units can be fitted (and also removed) in less than 5 minutes. All of our tuning boxes come with full colour instructions to assist you in fitting. If you ever have difficulty in fitting one of our products, or are unsure that you have the correct connector, please contact us!
We are always happy to help and will assist you with whatever problems you have in fitting or using our products.

Will fitting one of your tuning boxes affect my vehicle’s warranty?
Warranty terms and conditions vary considerably from manufacturer to manufacturer, however most manufacturers take a dim view of any modification which increases power output. Fortunately unlike a remap our products are 100% removable without a trace of fitting. If you remove your tuning box before your vehicle goes in for servicing or warranty work, your warranty should not be affected in any way.

Will it damage my vehicle?
Our units are designed to improve your performance no more than 30%.This is well within the tolerances of most modern engines. Unlike other suppliers, as delivered our units do not increase maximum fuel pressure and as such do not additionally stress your vehicle’s fuel pump or injectors. We have never had an incident where our units have been responsible for any engine or engine related problem.

Will your units cause engine management or other dashboard warning lights?
All of our units are carefully designed to work in harmony with your vehicle’s engine management system. Our units should not cause engine management lights to show. If this is the case it is more often than not a result of improper or incomplete installation. In these cases our team are always more than happy to help you rectify.

What fuel economy results can I expect?
Our units typically deliver around a 10% increase in fuel economy; for example if you currently achieve 50MPG we would expect to see an improvement of around 5MPG. Fuel consumption is very dependant on the users driving style, the condition of the vehicle, and a myriad of other factors. For these reasons we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a certain MPG figure. However if you are not satisfied with the MPG you achieve, the 28 day returns policy still applies.

What warranty is there on your products?
Our products come with a 24 month non-transferable product warranty. In order to claim on the product warranty, an original invoice for the tuning box must be provided along with the tuning box and components. The product warranty will be void if it is found that the tuning box has been altered in any way or if it is found that the tuning box has been incorrectly installed or mistreated. If you find a fault with our products please notify us immediately. The product should be installed by a qualified auto electrician. The product warranty does not extend to any form of warranty related to your engine or engine components.
