I do think this book is aimed at an American audience. The British, who are used to irony, might find some of the examples in the book of how to react a bit mawkish. There is definitely a language difference between UK and USA. Having said that ...the basic principles are valuable indeed and are a good reminder as to how we should interact with our fellow man. Will be buying more copies as Christmas presents.

It's actually a really good book, I'd definitely recommend everyone to read it! It's really motivating and teaches you a lot. I do feel tho, that if I applied all these principles everytime, people wouldn't take me seriously anymore and would just think they're better than me but if you're careful and use it at the right times it definitely helps you make your life easier and have more people like and agree with you.
