In the event of a failed delivery on the first attempt, a card will be posted through your letterbox. You need to respond to this within 24 hours! On the card will be the phone and consignment number, you need to contact the courier to arrange re-delivery. The undelivered consignment will be held at local depot for 3 days, if the depot is not contacted within this time the consignment will be returned to us and further charges will be incurred by you for the cost of your parcel being returned to us and redelivery to you. will only be sent by ‘International Signed For’ at cost of £4.50 + standard airmail cost
