Our courier is only obliged to deliver to the ground
floor, so if you live in a block of flats, please ensure you have someone to
help you if the item is particularly heavy.
Deliveries are made between 8am and 5.30pm.
We cannot specify a specific time for delivery, but 90% of the time,
delivery is before midday. Please note it is not a guaranteed 24hr
service, and occasionally it can take up to 48hrs for delivery.
We cannot be held responsible for any loss of
income etc. due to needing to be available for a delivery.
Before signing for the item(s) you must check for
any damage to the packaging and the item itself. Damage to the packaging or the
item in transit must be noted next to your signature on the courier’s delivery
note.. Please report any damage from transit to us by email within 24 hours
stating the exact damage.

We would appreciate it if you could pay as soon as
possible after purchasing, and if no payment is received within 7 days, we
reserve the right to sell the item again.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so
strive to resolve any problems quickly and efficiently.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase,
all items can be returned within 7 days. All items must be returned in
original packaging and condition, with all accessories, manuals etc.
Please note we return the right to refuse items not received in this
condition. It is the customer's responsibility to return the items to us
with postage prepaid, and return postage will not be

you to inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Our first solution would be to
replace any damaged parts if possible. If we cannot do this, we will ask
you to return the item within 7 days of the notification of the fault.
