If found to be faulty minimal return postage and payment costs will be refunded. Any postage costs incurred on return of faulty items, we will only refund the minimal cost of postage any other postage will not be refunded. if you wish to send by recorded please do so as we cannot be held responsible for any items that may be lost reroute to us. If item is not faulty then no refund will be issued and payment for return postage will have to be paid to have item returned. Please use second class if another method is used we will only cover the minimal cost of return. Any items which are returned due to change of mind or are no longer needed no postage costs will be refunded All returned items must have proof of eBay id on the package or we will not be able to process your return. 2. Condition of Items for Returns: The Buyer must return the item(s) in re sellable condition, unused or unopened with their original packaging. All our Items comes with Sealed Sticker. optionsshop reserves the right to refuse or to reduce a refund on any item that is incomplete, damaged, dirtied or not received in reasonable condition.
3. Returns Process: It is the Buyer´s responsibility to ensure that returning goods to the return address provided, if Buyer fail to send return item at provided return address optionsshop will not be held responsible for any delays to refunds or postage issues.
Other Returned: Other than for defective products, returns outside the timeframe set out above, may be accepted at the sole discretion of optionsshop and may be refunded as a credit to be spent online. Any unauthorised returns will be refused. Faulty Goods : All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt; contact us through eBay msg. Non-Faulty Goods : We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable. We will not refund the postage under any circumstances. We will retain 10% of the final value of the goods in the event of a refund no negotiation this point.
4. Cost of returns: Customers will incur the cost of returns unless (i). The product received is incorrect, or (ii). deemed damaged or faulty – photographic evidence will be required. Postage for Returns: We would advise the Buyer to return unwanted items by recorded delivery or by obtaining a proof of postage from the Post Office or by any other means that shows proof of postage of the returned items. Any returns which have not been refunded will indicate that optionsshop have not received the stock For all Freepost or normal deliveries, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the items are sufficiently insured for claim purposes.
Lost Returns: Should the Buyer´s chosen courier fail to deliver or lose their return parcel, it is the Buyer´s responsibility to claim compensation from the courier directly. we are not liable for any lost return parcels.
6. Insurance on Returns: It is the Buyer´s responsibility to choose the most appropriate method for returns with appropriate insurance if needed. optionsshop cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays.
