If you order the incorrect size please let us know within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately, as the beds are made to order we are unable to offer refunds. If you wish to return your purchase for an exchange we would request you do not use the item. Once we receive your returned bed an exchange will then be issued. To qualify, the product must be returned in a re-saleable condition & packaged in the same manner as when received. All our Pet Bedz are packaged in a size specific cardboard box to ensure safe arrival of your purchase, this will need to be re-used in the event of any returns. Shipping charges are not refundable & return post and packing will be at the cost of the purchaser. Normal shipping charges will apply to replacements or exchanges, but we will not charge shipping if the incorrect item was originally sent. Note it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the item is sufficiently packed to ensure safe return carriage; otherwise the cost of any damage caused may be charged to the sender. Refunds will not be automatically issued for undelivered items as an investigation would need to be done with the carrier - this can take up to 30 days. In the meantime if you require the item please purchase a replacement and once the investigation is concluded and the item is deemed as "Lost" a full refund will be issued.
