We have a few tips below that might help you to make sure that you are ordering the right part.
It is often the case that the same model of TV can have different parts contained within. There is no real way of telling until you open up the TV and check. So our main tip is to physically check the part you need is the same as the one you are looking at. Remember
to unplug the TV before you take the back off and if you are not sure
get someone who has experience of electricity to help you. If you are not sure what you are looking for we can help. the symptoms can be misleading just because the TV isn’t getting power
doesn’t mean the power board is faulty – it can but it’s not always the
case. Internet forums can help but don’t accept what they say as 100% correct. So our second piece of advice is to get some advice. We

TV in front of us it is often difficult to diagnose but we are here to
help in any way we can.
All of our parts come with a 30 day warranty. We only sell parts that have been tested and are fully functional. We have been known [not often] to get it wrong. If
we have and the part we have sent you is faulty then simply raise a
return request through eBay stating the part is faulty and ship it back
to us. When we get it back we will verify it is
our part and it is faulty and we will issue you a refund for the full
amount and your return postage costs. What if you’ve bought the wrong part? That’s easy just raise a return request in eBay and return it to us. We
don’t have any silly rules about it being un-opened we just need you to
return it to us un-damaged. In this case you would have to pay the cost
of postage from us and returning the part to us. We
would ask that when arranging the return you don’t put ‘part not as
described’ as the reason as this is often misleading for the reasons we

Please note that under the distance selling regulations you have the right to change your mind and return items within 7 days. Again we have no problems honouring this.
We generally ship parts the same day. Transit times are dependant on your location. We have a summary below:
Mainland UK: 3 to 4 working days from purchase (NI, Highlands & Islands add another day)
Germany, France, The Netherlands: 4 to 7 working days from purchase
Rest of Europe, US, Canada: can take up to 10 working days from purchase
Rest of the world: can take between 5 and 15 working days from purchase
