In Sickness & In Health - Demented Are Go
Label: ID Records, Catalogue No: NOSE 9,
Year Of Release: 1986.
One of the most iconic bands to evolve from the Psychobilly revolution, this is the rare and famous 'In Sickness & In Health', the very first issue on ID Records.
Record visually graded as 'Very Good ( - )', plays as 'Excellent'.
Light to medium marks on both sides that cause no major problems during playback, no skips or jumps with slight background noise, which is mostly only heard during the run-in / run-out of the tracks.
Original inner sleeve, which is a real bonus, it is in 2 pieces however it can easily be glued or taped back together. The inner sleeve has become wet at some point, so has staining mostly on the bottom ( please see picture ).
Sleeve complete, top edge excellent, spine is scuffed with a 40mm split. Bottom edge is badly scuffed, with a 100mm split. Again sleeve has become wet at some point, staining to the bottom of the cover. Corners have shelf / edge wear, reverse is all good.
Finally you can see an indentation of a large letter 'A' on the front where someone has been resting on the cover, it is not very visible straight on, can be seen angled into the light.
( See Attached Pictures ).
**'Please see key below for record gradings'.**

I have other items for sale, please have a look, postage discounts for multiple purchases!!
Overseas bidders welcome, postage rates to be advised prior to bidding or please wait for an invoice.
The postage rates stated are not just for the cost of the item being posted, it includes a purpose made 'Defenda Vinyl' mailing system, which is then wrapped to a high standard. This stops your record being damaged, nor the cover / sleeve having unsightly bends and creases. From past experience you may get cheaper postage rates, are you going to be happy with a damaged record / bent cover, i wasn't!
Note: Payment required within 5 days, via PayPal. Alternative payment methods, timescales may be available, if you contact me prior to bidding. Thanks!!
Despatch time within 5 days of receipt of payment.
I have 100% feedback, so if you have dealt with me before you will know that i am fair with my pricing, and i try to be as accurate with my descriptions as possible! I am not a record dealer but have been a 'Vinyl Junkie' for nearly 30 years, therefore this is a hobby. If in the unlikely event of there being a problem, please send me a message before leaving feedback so that i can do my best to rectify the problem. Many thanks!!
"MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler."
As well as the above grades, Near Mint is often used as well; this is really for a record that appears new but is known to have been played because the label has light spindle marks or because it has come from a previous owner and is assumed to have been played by them. For records which appear to fall between the accepted grades, + and - are also often added to the grading.
