I got this as part of a trade and as it is not my field I am selling it now. The folder has no creases, writing or tears. However, it has brown tone spots from the climate. The stamps are all well centred and have been affixed by the selvedge (except for the 12as) and so are technically unmounted. However, they do all have a little gum disturbance/loss so I guess they may at one time have slightly adhered to the folder. The 12as has been mounted with a strip of selvedge and has toning along the top perfs.
The main interest I would guess is the 10 Rupee and so I can confirm that the front is nice and clean with good perfs but has a slight tone spot on one perforation. (Most people would not notice this.) From the back it has a tone mark and is missing some gum from the very top edge so should be classed as mounted mint. As I said, this is not my field but I will try and answer any specific questions.
