Beautifully created to complement each other and their cooking partners. Look inside to discover a wealth of technology including touch control, interactive, pyroclean and multifunction ovens. The CDA range of single ovens is a comprehensive collection of built in single ovens designed to work in harmony with other products in the range. All ovens are A energy rated and come with the standard CDA five year parts and two years labour guarantee The range includes multi-function ovens, inspirational Art ovens, a pyrolytic oven and of course the new SV310 Sensor Touch touch-screen oven.
Including the new and innovative "Art" oven. These spectacular ovens have been designed here at CDA to showcase our creativity and capacity for innovation. The CDA range of built in and built under double ovens are stylish and complement other products in the CDA range. Level 1 double ovens are A rated for energy on the top oven, whilst level 2 and 3 double ovens are A rated on both oven cavities. All double ovens come with the standard CDA five year parts and two years labour guarantee. The Built in electric designer double oven has a unique oven door design.
Including the unusual and innovative "Tiger" oven, designed here at CDA to showcase our creativity and capacity for innovation. CDA's range of compact ovens offer complete flexibility and complement other compact appliances. These versatile appliances look stunning when installed together with microwaves or coffee-makers as a bank of appliances. Compact beer-dispenser, ice-maker or wine-coolers complete the ensemble; choose warming drawers beneath for ultimate cooking flexibility.
Design We have worked long and hard to make sure that every part of using a CDA oven is a good experience, down to the ergonomic control knobs and the handle design – level one handles have a rounded back for easier grip, and level two handles have the added benefit of a slightly angled handle for comfort, along with the same rounded back. All CDA level two ovens, compacts, microwaves and warming drawers feature the same coordinating design to allow you to choose whichever product you want in your kitchen, knowing that they will match beautifully.
For a different look to the standard single or double oven, either in kitchens of limited space or where a bank of appliances is wanted, the CDA range offers a set of compacts that covers all tastes and includes complementary products including warming drawers (and soon a matching accessory drawer), coffee machines, a wine cooler, ice maker & water dispenser and a professional beer dispenser. The SV410 steam oven offers healthy cooking using only steam, created with water from the tank which can be refilled with fresh water every time you cook, and heat from the base of the oven itself. There are two heat settings, so you can cook or defrost without fear of your food drying out from excessive heat. The inside of the steam oven is made of stainless steel for an easy clean and resilient finish. The SV430 offers all of the functionality of a standard single in a wonderful 45cm high unit. The SV451 is our top of the range microwave, equipped not just with a turntable but also side racks and shelving as a standard oven, ten functions including combinations, seven microwave power levels, four defrost programmes and twelve auto cook programmes, complete with full touch control and the option to turn off the turntable should you prefer your food not to rotate as it cooks. The SV470 is a full touch control pyrolytic oven, with the added benefit of 15 auto cook programmes, which means cooking and cleaning is a piece of cake with this oven.
CDA offers two warming drawers in the range currently, one 14cm high with a 6 place setting capacity, and the other 29cm high with a 12 place setting capacity. These will be joined in the coming months by an accessory drawer that carries the same level two aesthetic, giving the customer even more choice.
The expertly crafted CDA range cookers are both beautiful and functional and include a 70cm, 90cm, 100cm and a 120cm version in dual fuel combinations. The 120cm triple cavity range cooker has three A energy rated ovens and is packed with features.
CDA offers a variety of freestanding range cookers with either two or three cavities, with both gas and ceramic hob tops. The functionality of range cookers comprises a combination of ovens and hobs, with a few features and accessories that are specific to range cooking. CDA level one range cookers are all 90cm wide, twin cavity models. We offer the RC9021 dual fuel (electric oven, gas hob), RC9321 full gas and RC9620 full electric (electric oven, ceramic hob).
CDA level two range cookers carry the same styling as the rest of the CDA level 2 cooking products. In this series you have the option of 70, 90, 100 or 120cm wide products, with twin cavities on all except the RV1200 (which is a triple cavity model). At level two there is still the full electric option (RV1060) whilst the RV1200 has a combined five burner gas hob top with a full depth ceramic griddle integrated as well, combined with two full size ovens and a third oven, offering multifunction cooking, fan cooking and conventional cooking across the three cavities.
Features Most range cooker features are identical to the corresponding oven and hobs, with specific additional features below:
Backguard The hob backguard, standard on all CDA range cookers, protects the kitchen wall from the heat from the hob top and also from splashes caused from cooking.
Adjustable feet CDA range cookers feature adjustable feet to ensure the cooker is at the perfect height for the customer.
Storage compartment All CDA range cookers (except RV701) have a handy storage compartment in the base below the ovens – some models even have this as a pullout drawer for easy access. Plate warmer shelves Standard on RV901, RV1001 & RV1060, the plate warmer shelf is a specially designed shelf for the smaller oven that can be removed and refit upside down, with supports to hold plates upright whilst a low heat is used to warm the plates ready for serving.
Aluminium pastry plate An aluminium pastry plate is included with the RV1200 which is perfect for baking.
Griddle plate As well as the five burner gas hob including a 4.5kW wok burner for large scale cooking, the RV1200 offers a full depth ceramic griddle. The benefits of the griddle are that it can reach working temperature very quickly and can grill any food, without fat and oil, directly on the zone surface for healthy efficient cooking. The temperature for the griddle is variable, with a control knob on the panel allowing you to set the required level of heat.
Fuel types CDA range cookers offer a variety of options for every type of fuel. Full electric range cookers (electric ovens, ceramic hob top) are available in both level one and two, and the RC9321 has both ovens and hob fuelled by gas. For properties where gas is only available as LPG, all range cookers using gas are supplied with LPG conversion kits.
Oven capacities and energy ratings All CDA range cookers are either A or B rated for energy, and have a large 60l capacity on the main oven on the twin cavity 90/100cm models.
Installation Range cookers can be installed in alignment with the kitchen cabinets as shown here. This allows a seamless look and means the range cooker can really become the focal point of the kitchen.
Safety note Note that range cookers are heavy; care should be taken when handling these products.
Interior lighting As well as the types of timers and controls, CDA ovens offer different types of lighting inside the oven itself. Level one ovens have one standard incandescent light in the rear corner of the cavity, traditionally the expected type of lighting found within the oven. At level 2, this light is replaced by a halogen bulb, offering better illumination of the cavity. Some level 2 ovens (6Q6, 6V6, 9Q6 & DV1180) also have a lateral halogen light on the left hand side of the cavity. This lights the whole of the oven interior, allowing you to see how your food is cooking on every shelf. On the ovens with full touch control, the lighting can be set to energy saver mode, which switches off the oven light three minutes after completing the preheat, leaving you plenty of time to put the food in the oven before the light switches off. One touch on any key will switch the light on again for one minute, so you can check on cooking progress. This option can be switched on or off according to personal preference.
Oven shelving As well as the standard flat shelves available in all ovens, some ovens (SV100, SV150 etc) are also supplied with a space saver shelf. This cleverly designed shelf is shaped to fit on the lowest shelf support in the oven and make the most of what would otherwise be wasted shelf at the base of the cavity.
Safety shelves Anti-tilt or safety shelving is provided on all CDA products and is a system designed to prevent the shelves from being pulled out too far, reducing the risk of injury. This is not included as standard with some manufacturers but safety is one of the prime considerations for CDA and compromises are not made in this area.
INSTALLATION: When installing ovens the main consideration is ventilation. The two diagrams below show the installation requirements for a single oven, but it is the same principle for double ovens.

Failure to provide adequate ventilation can lead to problems with condensation and may result in higher surface temperatures.
Electrical Supply Requirements. The supply requirement for cooking products varies greatly depending on the rated input of the appliance.
The following information can be used as a guide: Single ovens with rated input of 3.0kW or less are suitable for connection into a fused spur and protected by a 13A fuse. Single ovens with a rated input of more than 3.0kW but less than 6.0kW are suitable for connection into a dedicated cooker point and protected by a 25A circuit breaker. Note that 2.5mm2 flat twin and earth is recommended for this range of products. Where the rated input is greater than 6.0kW the recommendation is that 6mm2 twin and earth cable is used and that the cooker point is protected by an appropriate 30A or 45A circuit breaker. It is important that this is taken into account when considering the installation. It can often be difficult to make major electrical changes in the consumer’s property.
