This is because they are handmade.

Very rarely we experience a customer who has not received an item within the delivery time quoted.

Returns- Are welcome in most cases if you are dissatisfied with your purchase.

You must request this within 14 days of receipt of item.

You then must send this to me within 3 weeks of your original request to send back.

Please do not send an item back unless you have been in contact first.

When sending an item back please include a note to say where the item has come from along with your Ebay ID.

Please aslo give a detailed description as to why the item is being sent back.

Items must have all tags attached if purchased with one and must be unused and in a resellable condition if just unsuitable for your use.

Please also not that if you are sending an item back just bacause its not suitable or unwanted I will need to deduct an amount from your refund to cover the original postage costs, even if the item you purchased was free postage. This is because I have obviously paid for the item to be sent to you.

This will not happen if you have receievd an item that you need to send back because of something we have done i.e. sent you the wrong item.
