Return Policy

     Returns of cosmetics is not permitted for hygiene reasons if you have any queries about the item you are buying please use the 'Ask Seller a Question' service before placing your bid

    We check all the items before dispatch and we guarantee all our items are in good conditions before shipment. If the item is not the one you won please contact us within 5 working days after the receiving of the item. Where possible the returned item will be replaced with the correct item and if that is not possible a refund will be issued.

     All returned items must be returned in the condition they were received and unopened.

     Refunds will only be given if the goods are returned in the original condition.

     It is the customers’ responsibility that the goods are returned at their own cost and arrive to us in one piece.

     Postage costs for the items will not be refunded at all.
