If for any reason you are unhappy with your item purchased from us, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received your order . The product must be returned in its original condition, with undamaged packaging , with any seals and shrink wrap intact and unused for a refund (excluding our delivery costs). You will be liable for the delivery charge when returning the product . We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.Faulty items within 28 days of purchase will be replaced if in stock or refunded if out of stock. Outside the 28 days, faulty items need to be directed to the manufacturer to exercise your warranty.This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, dropping, damage resulting from exposure to sand and water or failure to follow manufacturer's operating instructions.

We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Postage & Packaging Guidelines : We recommend that you return your item(s) using a traceable insured service such as Royal Mail Recorded delivery. We also recommended that you return the items using sufficient packaging such as a padded envelope or box. Please ensure that the RMA number is visible on the packaging. Failure to do will result in a delay for processing your return.
