All items will be dispatched from our 20,000 square foot warehouse based in Huddersfield, England.

At Home Discount Ltd we believe that internet shopping is fast, so we carry huge stocks in our 20,000 square foot warehouse to ensure speedy delivery and customer satisfaction.

All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 days of receiving full payment.

Please note orders are dispatched between Monday to Friday, and deliveries will be made between Monday to Friday 7am – 6pm.

Free Standard Delivery will normally take 2 - 4 days to be delivered (to be safe, please allow a little extra during busy sales periods).

We also offer Next Day Delivery for £4.95

All orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or City Link.

City Link Delivery's

A tracking number will be provided for City Link deliverys, which you can view on the intenet.

All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call, to rearrange delivery.

If you fail to take the delivery the second time, then you must collect the item from the depot.

If you require a third delivery to your home then there will be a charge of £4.95.

UK Mainland Only

Standard Delivery is FREE on all orders from Home Discount Ltd.

Next Working Day Delivery is £4.95 on all orders.

Unwanted Items:

If you are not happy with your item or do not wish to keep your item you may cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after delivery; however, we must be notified in writing by email to sales@homediscount.co.uk of your intention to cancel, within 7 working days after receipt of the goods.

After notification we will issue you a returns number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods.

• Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' including all accessories and in the original packaging complete 'AS NEW'.
• Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.
• Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 14 days from authorization. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 14 days.

It is your responsibility to return the unwanted items at your expense and risk.

You are very strongly advised to use a recorded delivery service, such as provided by Parcelforce or most couriers. This is to ensure you have proof that the goods were received at our depot.

Refunds:

Full refund of the cost of the goods, excluding a standard delivery cost of £2.95, will be given upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorized only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department who will check if all the correct products have been returned and their condition.

• If the goods returned are complete and unused including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice amount less the cost of delivery and collection.
• If the goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition and/or parts missing, we will not accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.

It is your responsibility to return the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. The returns authorization is valid for up to 14 days only. Goods sent back to us without prior authorization will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.

We can also organise a collection of your unwanted items for a charge of £9.95.

Faulty Items:

Faulty items or missing parts should be reported within 48 hours after delivery in writing via email to sales@homediscount.co.uk or by calling us on 0845 544 1735.

• Please note goods must only be returned once authorized. Delivery costs will not be refunded unless we have been notified and authorization has been given.
• Goods must be re-packaged as received. They should be re-packaged with reasonable care in order to prevent any damage in transit back to us. All components and accessories must be returned.
• Faulty items will be replaced on receipt of item unless stated otherwise.
• We may ask you to take a picture of the faulty goods and email us for proof.
