I accept Paypal, personal cheques and postal orders, please allow 4-5 working days for any cheque payments to clear after this period the goods will be despatched and an e mail sent to the buyer informing them their goods are on route.

Posting takes place 5 days a week Monday to Friday, any items being purchased after 11am on a Friday will then be despatched the following Monday.
All goods are sent normal post unless a recorded or special delivery has been requested and paid for, they can therefore not be tracked through the system, please understand once the item has been posted it is out of my hands and I cannot judge when they should arrive .
Certificate of postings are obtained for all items posted and I would request one to be done by the buyer should they have to return any item
Returns are accepted up to 14 days from receipt date, ( uk ) return postage will not be refunded unless goods have been sent out incorrectly or found to be faulty.
International returns should be sent back within 21 days or receipt date
All items are fully inspected before despatch
Return exceptions - I cannot accept returns on any brief/ thongs style undergarments due to hygiene reasons unless as previously specified the order is faulty or incorrect..
