& CONDITIONS
I
am a genuine ebayer and work hard to offer an excellent service to
all my customers.

SHIPPING
Fast
dispatch as standard:
I
post every working day. All items paid for before 2pm will be posted
the same working day as paid for. Items paid for after 2pm will be
posted the next working day.
All
items are sent by a tracked service - Recorded Delivery
within the UK or Special Delivery (if chosen); items sent to
Europe/Worldwide will be sent 'International Signed For' service.
Special Delivery:
If
you wish to absolutely guarantee your package arriving the following
day, then please choose the Special Delivery option for
posting. This is a guaranteed service by the Royal Mail which ensures
that the package arrives before 2pm the following working day from
working day posted. Please note, items sent Special Delivery on a
Friday will be guaranteed by the Royal Mail to arrive Monday (
ie.next working day).
Worldwide shipping offered:
I
am able to ship items to anywhere in the world. If the option for
your country is not included on the listing, then please contact me
and I will add it to the listing.
Fair
postage & packing charges:
I
keep p&p costs to a minimum for buyers, by only charging for the
actual cost of my packaging/printing and the actual cost of the
postal service offered. No
profit whatsoever is made from p&p. Similarly, I do not
charge any re-stocking fees etc. on returned items.
RETURNS' POLICY
I
offer a very fair Returns' Policy:
If
you experience any type of problem with your purchase, please notify
me immediately on receipt of the item.
Any
item to be returned must be returned within 14 days of
receipt of item.
Item
is to be returned in it's original condition sent ie. unworn/unused
and with tags and labels attached. Any item which has been clearly
worn by the buyer or has tags missing, will not be refunded.
My Packing
slip must be enclosed with the returned item. Any item sent back
without the packing slip (or a note detailing item number/user ID
etc.) will obviously result in a delay processing the
refund/exchange.
Refunds:
I
check all items carefully prior to posting. However, in the unlikely
event that a faulty item has been sent out by myself - a full refund,
including p&p will be offered. In other instances, refunds will
be minus original p&p costs.
Refunds
on 'free' p&p items:
Where
items purchased have included “free p&p” within the original
sale price – the standard p&p cost of £2.95 will be deducted
from any refund made as these original postage costs are obviously
non-recoverable.
Exchanges:
In
cases of exchange for another size - the buyer is responsible for the
re-send costs of the second item and their own cost to send the original
back. The postage costs of the second item are to be paid by Paypal
prior to
second item being sent. If you have any queries or require any
further clarification about my Returns' Policy - please contact me
prior to purchase.
COMBINED
PURCHASES/POSTAGE DISCOUNT
As
all my 'Buy it Now' items are listed for immediate payment, they will
request payment by Paypal immediately. If more than one item is
purchased at the same time, I will refund any postage overpayment
directly by Paypal. The postage cost when more than one item is
purchased is:- the price of the
first p&p plus £1.50 per each additional item (UK only). If the
items are purchased at different times and therefore not able to be
sent together, then the p&p discount will not apply.
PAYMENT
UK
Buyers:
Auction
items – to be paid for within 3 days of auction end by Paypal. If
you wish to pay by Postal Order or cheque - please contact me for
details.
'Buy
it Now' items - are listed for immediate payment by Paypal. I am
also able to accept Postal Orders/cheque for payment. If you wish to
pay by this method, please contact me prior to purchase in order that
I can revise the listing to enable you do do this.
Buyers
outside UK:
Paypal
is the only accepted form of payment.
Please note I do not accept any forms of direct
bank transfers etc.
Non-Payment:
All
non-payments will be notified to Ebay, eventually resulting in a
non-payment strike. If you purchase an item and have a problem making
payment, please notify me as soon as possible in order that we can
resolve this.

always the same day and generally within a short period of time; all
items will be posted quickly and all problems dealt with immediately. I
