Return policy details
You are entitled to cancel your order for a full refund up to the point of dispatch (this does not apply to personalised items). After this our returns policy below will operate. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then it can be returned to us in its original condition. Please contact us through our eBay shop to arrange for the order to be returned. We will then provide you with instructions on what to do next. We ask that you return your order with the original undamaged packaging. Once we have received the returned item/s we will then arrange for the cost of the order to be refunded via PayPal, including the original delivery charges. Please note any return postage costs will not be covered by us. When returning goods to us for any reason we strongly recommend you get proof of postage and use a method which requires a signature upon delivery as we cannot be held responsible if the order is not received by us. We also advise you should ensure that the order is securely packaged to ensure it is not damaged in transit. If your order is incorrect, damaged or faulty then we will provide you with a full refund including delivery costs. You are required to return the item/s to us in an unused condition. We will also refund you for the return postage costs if the goods qualify as incorrect, damaged or faulty. We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund / replacement in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused. Please note that the above does not apply to personalised items.
